Fashionable Halloween Costumes

It's that time of the year for zombies, ghosts, goblins, witches, candy and fashionable costumes.  You guessed it - Halloween is approaching!  For kids, and some adults, this time of the year means frightening tales, candy corn, trick or treating, and parties galore. For fashion freaks, this time of the year give us a chance to wear an eye-catching, sometimes revealing, outfit that we normally wouldn't sport to a regular event. Yes world, Halloween to the fashionable is defined as "wearing something that is unacceptable during the other 364 days of the year."

Fashion costumes in the past have consisted of the usual Cat Woman, Minnie Mouse, and French maid look. This year, we are encouraging our readers to take a different route and go with costumes that are guaranteed to turn heads, win a prize, or at least get you a few likes on Instagram. Let's get into it below.

Got a black dress?  If so, add some opera length, black, satin gloves, black shades, and some pearls, and you’ve got a classic Audrey Hepburn look from the popular movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Opt for an all-black Gothic look this year, and you will fit right in with the Halloween crowd.  Adding some bright red lipstick to this look will make it even more fashion-approved.

She ain’t messing with no broke…… You know the song by Kanye, so play into the look this Halloween with a flashy outfit.  The boys will definitely love this one.

No clue what to wear for Halloween?  As if!  The hit movie Clueless had tons of fashion divas to imitate like the Cher outfit above.  If you have a mini skirt, some knee high socks, and a cool blazer then you are all set.

If all of your other costume ideas fail, then follow in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps and be the sexiest skeleton you can be.  This one is always a winner, and we aren’t making any bones about it (pun intended)!
Have a safe and fun Halloween, and remember to keep your costume freakishly fashionable!
